As we have already reported on numerous occasions, Aggtelek National Park not only boasts spectacular natural formations and glorious flora and fauna, but its area is also fairly regularly traversed by large carnivores. But while the brown bear is only a temporary visitor, the gray wolf, red fox, golden eagle and the Eurasian lynx have long been at home in our protected territory. Some of these residents and occasional visitors may be seen in the videos below made by our colleague Ádám Szabó with hidden cameras. The installation of camera traps is extremely important. They support professional research, but they also make it easier to create undisturbed zones for these amazing creatures.
