Environment and Energy Operational Programme
The Environment and Energy Operational Programme (KEOP) has been financed through the European Union (EU) from 2007- 2013 as part of the New Hungary Development Plan (ÚMFT). In EU terms, the overall objective of the National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF) is the implementation of horizontal policies and operational programmes in one of the six thematic and territorial priorities.The New Hungary Development Plan is unthinkable without including environmental protection. The basic objective of the Environment and Energy Operational Programme is to promote the sustainable development of Hungary.
